Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Life Be More LLC handles consumer health data, as required by Washington's My Health My Data Act and similar state laws. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
What consumer health data we collect
Information about your physical or mental health and wellbeing that you choose to share with us, for example in our optional preparation questionnaire, in coaching sessions or by email. This can include stress levels, emotional wellbeing or health conditions you mention.
Why we collect it
We use it only to prepare and provide your coaching. We never use it for marketing or advertising, and we never sell it.
Where it comes from
Directly from you.
Who we share it with
We do not share consumer health data with third parties, except with the service providers that store or process it for us, such as our email, form, scheduling and video call providers. They may only use it to provide their service to us. We may also disclose it where the law requires.
Your consent
We collect consumer health data only with your consent, which you give separately in the questionnaire or when booking your first session. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
confirm whether we collect or share your consumer health data, and give you a copy, including a list of the third parties we have shared it with
delete it
stop using it by withdrawing your consent

If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision. If your appeal is denied, you can contact the Washington State Attorney General.
