I’m Anna-Sophia — a certified Systemic Constellation Coach, Breathwork Educator, RYT-500 Yoga Teacher, and trauma-aware guide with over a decade of hands-on coaching experience.
My work sits at the intersection of nervous-system regulation, deep identity work, and clear, strategic decision-making. I’m a certified Breathwork Instructor and recognised higher-education provider, trained in measurable, evidence-based anti-stress methods that create real, lasting change — not just insight, but embodiment.
I’ve coached clients across five continents and travelled through more than 40 countries, working with people from vastly different cultures, leadership roles, and life stages. This global perspective shapes everything I do. I speak fluently in German, English, Spanish, Chinese, and conversational Italian, allowing me to meet clients exactly where they are — culturally, emotionally, and professionally.
At the core of my work is genuine care. I work from the heart, and I’m deeply invested in my clients’ growth — not as a concept, but as a lived process. I don’t offer generic coaching or surface-level frameworks. This is real work that asks for honesty, presence, and commitment, and I meet you fully in it.

Module 1: The Foundation — Understand Stress & Gain New Perspectives
Stress isn’t weakness - It’s a nervous system response.

In this module, you learn what stress really is, how it forms in the body, and why it doesn’t resolve through rest or positive thinking alone. Understanding becomes the doorway to change.
You don’t just learn regulation — you begin to experience it through Breathwork and proven nervous system practices.
This module lays the foundation for everything that follows.You will learn and practice:
what stress actually is and how it operates in your nervous system
the unconscious patterns that keep stress active
how to recognize early stress signals in the body
practical, personalized techniques to calm and regulate your system
how stress shapes focus, emotions and sleep
By the end of this module, your system begins to settle.
Clarity returns — not as theory, but as something you can feel.
Module 2: Self-Leadership – From Inner Pressure to Inner Presence
Now that you more deeply understand stress, you can start changing your relationship with it.

This module turns inward. You identify personal patterns, beliefs, and reactions — and learn how to release what no longer serves you.
Through guided reflection, Breathwork, and nervous system retraining sessions, old loops begin to soften.
Key focuses of this module:
identifying personal stress patterns and limiting beliefs
resetting mindset patterns that generate pressure
consciously retraining the nervous system
developing individualized strategies for daily life
integration, reflection, and guided deep-dive sessions
Over time, inner pressure gives way to presence.

Module 3: Integration & Refinement – Creating Stability in Daily Life
This module makes your new skills reliable — even under pressure.
