About these Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of lifebemore.com, our signup store at signup.lifebemore.com, and all products and services we provide (together, the "Services"). The Services are provided by Life Be More LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us", "our").
By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.
You must be 18 or older to buy or use our Services.
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
Our Services
We provide online courses, digital materials, downloadable resources and frameworks, live and recorded coaching sessions, and programmes for companies.
We may update, change or discontinue any part of our Services, including content, structure and delivery format. If we discontinue something you have already paid for before you have received it, we will offer you a comparable alternative or a refund for the part you have not received.
Coaching sessions
Sessions take place online at the times we agree with you.
If you cancel or reschedule with less than one day's notice, or do not attend, the session may count as used.
You may not record sessions without our permission.
Corporate programmes
If your employer buys a programme for you, the agreement between us and your employer also applies. Where it conflicts with these Terms, that agreement takes priority.
Educational purpose, suitability and risk
All our content, programmes and coaching are for educational and informational purposes only. They are not:
medical advice
psychological or psychiatric treatment, therapy or counselling
legal or financial advice
Using our Services does not create a therapist-client, medical or clinical relationship, or any duty of care that comes with licensed professional services.
You agree that you do not rely on our content or coaching as a basis for your decisions. You are solely responsible for your own decisions, actions and results. Our content is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional, and you apply anything you learn at your own discretion and risk.
Suitability
You confirm that you are in a suitable condition to take part in personal development work. Our Services are not suitable for anyone who is experiencing severe emotional distress, is in crisis or at risk of harm, or needs clinical or therapeutic care.
We do not identify, monitor or manage psychological or medical conditions, and we do not provide crisis or emergency support. If you need professional support, you agree to seek help from a qualified professional. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
Risk
Personal development work can bring up emotional or personal responses. You take part voluntarily and accept the risks that come with it.
No guaranteed results
We make no guarantees about outcomes. Results depend on your own effort, circumstances and engagement. Testimonials and examples reflect individual experiences and are not a promise of similar results.
Digital products and access
Delivery and access
Digital products are delivered electronically, for example by email link, through a user account or portal, or on a third-party platform.
Access lasts for the period stated when you buy. If no period is stated, access continues for as long as we offer the product, and we will give you reasonable notice before it ends.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or compatibility with every device or system.
Your licence
When you buy, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You do not acquire ownership of any of our intellectual property.
What you may not do
You may not:
copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or create works based on our content
share your login details or give anyone else access
use our content for commercial purposes or to teach or train others
If you break these rules, we may end your access without a refund and take legal action.
Prices and payment
Prices
Prices are shown at checkout, in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Sales tax or VAT is included or added where the law requires it, as shown at checkout. You are responsible for any other taxes that apply in your country.
We may change our prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders we have already confirmed.
We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, for example if a price or product was listed in error. If we cancel an order, we refund what you paid for it.
Payment is due in full before you receive access, unless we have agreed a payment plan with you.
Payment plans
If you choose a payment plan, you are responsible for the full agreed amount and must pay on the agreed schedule. If a payment fails or is late, we may pause your access until it is paid and recover the outstanding amount.
Chargebacks and payment disputes
You agree to contact us before starting a chargeback or payment dispute, so we can try to resolve the issue. If you raise a chargeback without a valid reason, we may suspend or end your access and recover the amount owed, plus our reasonable costs of recovering it.
Refunds and cancellation
Refunds
Because coaching time is reserved for you and digital materials are delivered immediately, all sales are final once access has been given or a session has taken place. Refunds are only provided where the law requires it or where we have explicitly agreed to one.
UK customers
If you are a consumer in the UK, these rules apply:
Digital content, such as downloadable materials or recordings: when you place your order, you request immediate access and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once access begins. Digital content therefore cannot be cancelled or refunded once access has started.
Coaching and other services: you may cancel within 14 days of purchase. If you asked us to start within that period, you pay for the part already provided. Once the service has been fully provided, it can no longer be cancelled.
To cancel a coaching purchase within that period, email info@lifebemore.com.
Your account
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us straight away if you notice any unauthorised use.
We are not liable for any loss caused by unauthorised access that results from your failure to keep your account secure.
Intellectual property
All content and materials we make available are the exclusive property of Life Be More LLC or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. This includes our website content and design, branding, logos and names, digital products and course materials, videos, audio and written resources, frameworks, methods and systems, downloads, graphics and images.
All rights in these materials remain with Life Be More LLC. You may not use our trademarks, logos or brand names without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use may result in termination of access and legal action.
Content you share with us
If you submit or share content with us, such as a review, testimonial, comment or contribution in a programme, you keep ownership of it. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free and perpetual licence to use, reproduce and display it for our business purposes, including marketing. Anything you share with us privately, for example in coaching or by email, will only be published in a way that identifies you if you agree.
You are responsible for making sure your content does not break any laws, does not infringe anyone's rights, and is not misleading or harmful. We may remove any content at our discretion.
Scraping and AI
You may not:
scrape, extract or harvest data or content from our website
use automated tools or AI systems to copy or analyse our content
use our materials to train or develop AI systems
Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
Our liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of income, business or opportunity
we are not liable for personal or emotional outcomes of taking part in our Services
our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service concerned
We do not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted access to our Services, and we are not liable for downtime, technical issues or failures of third-party services.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Life Be More LLC from any claims, losses and reasonable costs, including legal fees, arising from your use of the Services, your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our content.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your personal information. If you share health or wellbeing information with us in coaching, we ask for your consent to that separately.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and the courts of Wyoming have jurisdiction over any dispute.
If you are a consumer in the UK, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the part of the UK where you live, and you may bring a claim in your local courts.
If you have a problem, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when you buy applies to that purchase. The latest version, shown by the date at the top, applies to your continued use of our Services.
General
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, the rest stays in force.
If we do not enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later.
We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another business. This will not reduce your rights.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and the details of your order, are the whole agreement between you and us.
